Automatic EI-60 Lamination Stacking Machine for Transformer Core Assembly

The EI-60 automatic lamination stacking machine inserts E & I silicon steel laminations into transformer coil bobbins under PLC control. Sitting between the compact EI-57 and the larger EI-66 platform, the EI-60 covers 40-120 VA control and distribution transformer cores, holding a stacking accuracy of ±0.1 mm at speeds up to 250 stacks per minute. It replaces manual stacking with a station that keeps producing shift after shift.
